Q Will I get the same cleaner each visit? A We will always do our best to make sure that you have the same cleaner for each visit, with the exceptions of annual leave and sickness.
Q Do I supply the cleaning equipment? A You will be required to provide a vacuum cleaner and mop/bucket and we will provide the rest.
Q How do I pay? A We are currently accepting Cheques and a monthly Standing Order.
Q What services do you offer? A We offer cleaning, ironing and bed changing.
Q What if I need to cancel a clean? A You can ring us and leave a message or email us and we will get back to you promptly.
Q What if I want something extra cleaning? A You can either leave a note for the cleaner or leave us a message with your request.
Q What do I do if I’m not happy with my cleaner? A Get in touch with us and we will discuss the matter. It might just be that the cleaner doesn’t quite have a proper routine or is new and it takes a few weeks to settle in to a new job or that she/he isn’t concentrating on the areas that you prefer. We will always offer to change cleaner if that is the best resolution.
Q How can we stay Covid safe? A We would request that you either make sure you aren’t in or that you stay in a separate room and the cleaner will wear gloves and a mask. We also offer antibacterial sprays during these unprecedented times.
