Will I get the same cleaner each visit?
Yes we always like to send the same person each visit. That way they know what they are doing and you know who is going into your house.
Do I supply the cleaning equipment?
We normally use the customers own Vacuum cleaner and mop & bucket and we bring everything else i.e. cleaning sprays, polish and dusters/cloths etc.
How do I book a cleaner?
You can either phone, email or use the contact form on this website to contact us. After you have contacted us we will arrange a mutually convenient day/time to view your property were we can discuss number of hours required, what you would like doing and when you would like the cleaning done.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made on the day by either cash or cheque, or we can send an invoice at the end of the month. The invoice can be paid by BACS transfer.

What happens if something gets broken/damaged?
We will try to replace small items or offer a refund. If its a more expensive item then we have public liability and employers liability insurance for these unfortunate events.
How much does it cost?
What if I need to cancel or change my day?
If you need to change anything please try to give as much notice as possible, we will try to offer a different day if we can.
What if I want something extra cleaning or doing?
It depends on what needs doing. If its something quick this can done as part of your routine. If its something thats going to take a lot of time then either knock something some things off (i.e. the bedrooms) or we can make arrangements for you cleaner to stay longer.
What do I do if I'm not happy with my cleaner?
Please let us know and we will look at replacing your cleaner.
What checks do you make on your cleaners?
We interview all applicants in their own homes and follow through all references. If their references don't check out then we don't employ them.
Can I pick what day & time my cleaner comes?
Its often better if we have more than one option of day, however we will do what we can to accommodate your request.
